ORDER & PAYMENTS


Do I need to pay in full before my order is processed?

Yes. All orders must be paid for in full, including delivery fees. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is made and received by Bu.Hairs.

Can I make changes or switch my order after payment?

No. Once payment is confirmed and order processing begins, changes or switches to your order will no longer be accepted. Please ensure you are certain of your selection before making payment.

Do you accept installment payments?

No. We do not accept payments in installments.

What happens if I can't complete full payment at once due to bank or app transfer limits?

If you are unable to make a full payment at once due to bank transfer limits or app restrictions, full payment must be completed within 24 hours of the initial payment.

Can I request urgent or expedited orders and deliveries?

No. We do not accommodate urgent orders or delivery requests. Please ensure you read the order processing and delivery timeframe sent to you at the time of purchase, as we are unable to make exceptions during the order process.


MULTIPLE UNIT PURCHASES


Can I pay for more than one unit at different times?

Yes, under specific conditions. Payment for the first unit must be paid in full, including delivery fees. This seals and secures the first selected unit.

How long do I have to complete payment for the second unit?

Payment for the second unit must be completed within 7 days.

Can I change or switch the first unit after securing it?

No. No changes or switches can be made to the first unit secured, regardless of whether the second payment is made before or by 7 days.



PAYMENT CURRECY & CONVERSION


What currency do you accept for payments?

We only accept payments in Nigerian Naira (₦), strictly into the Naira account provided to you by Bu.Hairs or at Checkout via Paystack.

What if I’m paying from outside Nigeria or using a foreign exchange platform?

Kindly ensure the amount sent accurately reflects the Naira total given to you after applying your exchanger or payment platform’s current rate. Any shortfall due to conversion discrepancies or charges must be settled before order processing begins.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING


How are international orders delivered?

All international deliveries (outside Nigeria) are fulfilled by DHL.

When are international orders shipped?

International orders must be paid for in full, including delivery fees. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is made and received by Bu.Hairs.

Can international shipping costs change after payment?

Yes. Final shipping costs may vary based on packaging, hair weight, and quantity ordered. If your package exceeds the estimated DHL volumetric weight (0.5kg – 2.0kg), additional DHL charges will apply, and you will be contacted to settle any shipping balance.


REFUNDS


Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Bu.Hairs does not offer refunds once payment is made.

When is a refund possible?

Refunds will only be processed if the hair is unavailable after payment and cannot be sourced or restocked within a certain timeframe.

How are refunds processed?

For security reasons, refunds will only be made into the same account the payment was sent from.


EXCHANGES (FAULTY ITEMS ONLY)


Do you allow exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are allowed only for verified faults and under strict conditions.

What proof is required to request an exchange?

You must provide clear, verifiable proof of fault, including photos and videos via the "COMPLAINTS FORM" within 48 hours of receipt.

How soon must I report an issue?

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What condition must the hair be in for an exchange?

The unit must be unused, in its original state, and the excess lace must be intact.

What type of exchange will I receive?

Depending on the severity of the fault, the exchange provided will either be:

i. A completely new unit of the same hair, or
ii. An adjusted version of the original unit

Bu.Hairs will decide the best option after inspection.

Who covers return shipping for faulty items?

Return shipping costs (if required) for severe faults will be covered by Bu.Hairs.

What issues are NOT eligible for exchange?

Bu.Hairs does not offer exchanges for wrong selections or change of mind after a unit is paid for.


QUALITY CONTROL


Do you inspect wigs before shipping?

Yes. Quality control checks are carried out before shipment of all purchased hair.

What if the hair is faulty due to wig construction?

If the hair received is faulty from wigging services and cannot be fixed by the customer at a nearby stylist location, an exchange is allowed with verifiable proof.
