Welcome to Buhairs. By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Payment Policy

To ensure efficient processing of your order, the following payment terms apply:

  • Full Payment Required: All orders must be paid for in full before processing or shipment begins.
  • Payment Methods: Payments must be made strictly into the official Buhairs accounts provided to you at checkout.
  • No Installments: We do not offer payment on delivery (POD) or installment payment plans.
  • International Transactions: For international payments, the full Naira amount must be reflected in our account. Any shortfalls resulting from exchange rates, transfer fees, or platform charges must be settled by the customer before the order is processed.

2. Delivery & Shipping

Processing Timelines Buhairs operates strictly on standard business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Disclaimer

  • Costs: Shipping fees vary based on package weight, quantity, and destination.
  • Tracking: Tracking details will be provided to you via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
  • Liability: Once a package has been handed over to the courier service, Buhairs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Product Representation & Care

We take great pride in the quality of our visuals. All hair and wigs displayed on Buhairs platforms are exactly as shown. However, please note:

  • Transit Effects: All units are professionally styled before dispatch. However, due to packaging and handling during transit, the hair may shift or flatten. We do not guarantee that the hair will look identical to the photo straight out of the package.
  • Restyling Required: Textures such as straight, bouncy, or curly styles may require simple restyling (brushing or combing) upon receipt to return to their original form.
  • Care Guide: A Hair Care Tips card is included with every order to assist you.

4. Wig Sizing

  • Standard Fit: All our wigs are constructed with standard-sized caps designed to fit head circumferences of 21–23 inches.
  • Custom Requests: If you require a smaller or larger cap size, you must specify this in the “Order Notes” section before completing checkout.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Buhairs does not offer cash refunds once payment has been made.

Exceptions: Refunds are only applicable if the specific hair ordered becomes unavailable and cannot be sourced or restocked within a reasonable timeframe. In this rare instance, approved refunds will be processed strictly to the original account used for payment.

6. Exchange Policy

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. For full-priced items, exchanges are permitted only under strict conditions.

Eligibility for Exchange: To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Reporting Window: The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Proof of Fault: Clear, verifiable proof (photos and videos) of the fault must be provided.
  3. Condition: The unit must be unused, in its original state, and the excess lace must remain intact (uncut).

Resolution: If a fault is verified by our team, Buhairs will determine whether to:

  • Provide a replacement unit of the same specifications.
  • Adjust or correct the original unit.
  • Note: Return shipping costs for verified severe faults will be covered by Buhairs.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Wrong selections made by the customer.
  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Wear and tear or damage caused by the customer after use.
  • Units where the excess lace has been cut or altered upon request.

Buhairs reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any unit that does not meet these requirements.

Buhairs reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any changes will be communicated via our website, Instagram, or other official platforms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updated policies.
